To all members and associates, notice is hereby given that the Wilston Norths 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in the upstairs function area at Gibson Park, Stafford (opp Stafford shopping centre).

Coach the Coach with Graham Powers, Qld Cricket
Queensland Cricket Coach the Coach Session. Graham Power from Queensland Cricket (QC) will run a Coach Development session for:
Competitive Age Group Coaches (U13’s to Open):

Non-Competitive Age Group Coaches (U10 to U12):
When: Tuesday, 18th September
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Where: Gibson Park, Stafford
This was a great session last year and provided some great techniques and drills to help make session training effective and exciting. Graham is also a Talent Identification Officer (TIA) for Queensland Cricket, is very helpful in providing guidance as to what Qld Crickt and BNJCA are looking for in players seeking future selection on representative teams.

New Member Sign-On
Our New Member Sign-On is on Saturday, 1stSeptember 2018 from 8.30am to 9.30am @ The Glyn Netto Junior Nets, Boree Street, Kedron (Shaw Park).
Bring the kids for a Come and Try Session, participate in some fun cricket activities and Brisbane Heat Inflatable. Volunteers will be available to assist with your questions and online registration.

Naming & Opening of the Glyn Netto Junior Nets
In conjunction with the Club New Member Sign-On Day Wilston Norths extends to all our new and existing members an invitation to the official naming and opening of the Glyn Netto Junior Nets.
Join us as we celebrate and recognise past administrators, supporters and players in the naming of the individual nets (including Joe Burns, Merv Buckley, Roger Harris, Robyn ‘Horse’ Pascoe and Bill Hopes)
Bring the family, have a hit in the nets, conquer the Brisbane Heat Inflatable. Stay on an watch exhibition T20 match being run between the Wilston Norths Cricket Academy and the Bulimba Cricket Club Academy. This game is being played to showcase the talents of players from both clubs that the Netto family (Glen – Wilston Norths & Chris – Bulimba) had such an influential part in establishing. This match also is a great opportunity for players to build on their skill work being developed through the Academy program.

VENUE: Geoff Dymock Oval & WN Junior Nets (Norths Seniors Cricket Grounds – Shaw Road Sports Complex). This field is best accessed via 9 Boree Street, Kedron.
